All products purchased through Paladin Auto are backed by our 15 day Satisfaction Guarantee. You can return or exchange your purchase within 15 days after the shipment date if you are dissatisfied for any reason. All returns MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZARTION NUMBER, which we will gladly give you by emailing us at Sales@PaladinAuto.com and must be received at Paladin Auto within 15 days after the shipment date. All products must be undamaged and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange. Please realize that we do inspect all parts prior to shipment and if they are damaged during shipment you must make a claim with the shipping company. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returned merchandise. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

We inspect each product before it is shipped to make sure that there is no damage before it leaves the warehouse. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the shipping company.

We realize that problems may occur and are committed to working with you to assure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. So, if you have any problems or have any questions regarding fit/finish, warranty, or returns please contact us.

It is our goal to respond to all of your questions and issues within the next business day (normally 24 hours). Please submit your questions to the proper department.

Most items will be shipped the next business day after ordering. It is our goal to get your purchases to you as fast as possible. If there are any delays in the shipping process we strive to inform all customers as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped using "ground shipping" from any of the following shipping companies: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS and various freight shipping companies.
